Domino's Pizza in Savoy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 507 Commerce Drive. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they interact with our brand.
Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions
Take customer orders accurately via phone and in-person
Prepare and make pizzas according to Domino's quality standards
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in various store operations, including cleaning and restocking
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in taking orders and handling phone calls
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Willingness to learn pizza-making skills and Domino's specific procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
